AMAMUS Vet explained in 3 short videos
For a quick insight into the functionality, application and hygiene of our AMAMUS Vet System, simply watch the following videos.
Benefits and Mode of Action AMAMUS Vet voldPlasma
In this video, I briefly explain the latest generation of coldPlasma and its role in the AMAMUS Vet treatment process.
The AMAMUS Vet Treatment Protocol
Here I show how the 3 steps of AMAMUS Vet are carried out and how they interlock.
Walk to optimal hygiene
Here I explain the application of the spacers (that's what we call the green spacers) and their necessity.
AMAMUS Vet Technology: Step 1
superficial disinfection on the following germs: Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecium, Acinetobacter baumannii, Staphylococcus pseudintermedius, Dermatophilus congolensis, Streptococcus agalactiae and Streptococcus uberis, Candida albicans, Malassezia pachydermatis and Microsporum canis.

AMAMUS Vet RINSE
800 ppm active chlorine, released from sodium hypochlorite. Also often referred to as hypochlorous acid.
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a natural component of the body's immune system. In phagocytosis, it kills bacteria. As a result, it is recognized by animal cells as endogenous and is very well tolerated. Irritations or allergic reactions are not known, especially because we ensure a specific pH value in RINSE.
Immediately upon contact with germs, their membrane is destroyed. This rapid action is particularly valuable, as virtually no waiting time for exposure is required.
Hypochlorous acid disinfects superficially, meaning wherever the liquid reaches. Therefore, it is used in various ways in modern veterinary practice, whether in surgical preparation, surgical aftercare, ear rinses, skin cleaning, bite wounds, burns, and much more.
Within the AMAMUS Vet system, RINSE is particularly important because it significantly reduces the initial germ load without damaging cells. Skin and tissue are thus optimally prepared for the subsequent coldPlasma treatment.
RINSE is a disinfectant approved for use on animals (PT2, 3, 4, 11), and tested according to DIN EN 1650 & 1276 on germs commonly found in veterinary medicine (BAUA-Nr.: N-116958). Use biocidal products carefully. Always read the label and product information before use. Keep out of reach of children.

The AMAMUS Vet Technology: Step 2
ROS/RNS are so small that they can reach any opening.

coldPlasma VIROCAP
Cold plasma is the 4th state of aggregation. If energy is supplied to gas, it is obtained. We take air as gas and supply energy to it in AMAMUS Vet VIROCAP. The resulting plasma mixture spreads almost unnoticed on the animal's skin. The specially designed plasma mixture of ViroCAP consists of free ions and reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS) such as O3, NO, O, H2O2, H, HO2, N, Nox; HNOx. It is also introduced into the lungs in a human study, for example.
A great advantage of ROS/RNS is that they are highly antimicrobial and at the same time stimulate cell division:
Germ reduction:ROS/RNS destroy cell membranes and thus inactivate bacteria, fungi and viruses – including multi-resistant pathogens such as MRSA. Due to their gaseous state and small size, ROS/RNS can also reach hard-to-reach areas in tissue or in the ear.
Regeneration:The reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS) put the cells under oxidative stress, whereupon cells divide. This means more cells are available for regeneration.
What used to cost €4,000-€20,000, now at the introductory price of only €1,869 including a €300 product package plus 19% VAT.

DERMCARE
Care and protection for skin, ears and tissueThe new small cells created, among other things, by cold plasmanow need a three-dimensional lattice structure in which they can anchor themselves. Nature forms this extracellular matrix with hyaluron and collagen. The AMAMUS Vet DERMCARE products primarily rely on high-quality hyaluronic acid to specifically support the regeneration of skin and tissue.Furthermore, AMAMUS Vet DERMCARE products contain exclusivelymedically sound ingredients that are known for their skin-regenerating, gentle,anti-inflammatory or antimicrobial properties.
DERMGEL for tissue reconstruction
DERMCREAM for skin reconstruction
EARDROPS for the ear
Benefits
Intensive care with high-quality natural raw materials
Goal:
Dr. med. vet. Andrea V. Volk from TiHo Hannover wants to reduce the use of antibiotics for injuries and skin diseases – especially because of the side effects of antibiotic treatment.
Solution:
Treatment with AMAMUS Vet coldPlasma is a real alternative. Improvement comes quickly and there are no side effects. With DermCream and DermGel, pet owners can also treat themselves on weekends.
Problem:
A dog was treated for over 3 months with antibiotics and classic treatment methods without success. Even human medicine could not help.
Solution:
Treatment with AMAMUS Vet coldPlasma, DermCream and DermGel was able to close the wound within 3 weeks.
Problem
An old cat had an open wound for 1.5 years that would not heal. All classic treatment methods failed.
Solution
Treatment with AMAMUS Vet coldPlasma, DermCream and DermGel was able to close the wound within 3 weeks.
Interview with Carmen Schwaegerl - Pet Owner
How do resistant bacteria develop?
Without effective antibiotics, we can no longer treat many diseases. It is all the more important that we limit the use of antibiotics as much as possible. In this video, I explain how resistances develop and why we should first treat locally without the use of antibiotics.

Why local treatment makes sense
